Navy must consider moving EA-18Gs from Whidbey Island to El Centro after noise lawsuit

On August 16th, Judge Jones signed an order that, “in part, requires the US Navy to study changing Boeing EA-18G Growler operations from NAS Whidbey Island in Washington State to Southern California’s NAF El Centro”!

Unless the Navy appeals, the new deadline for compliance within the NEPA is May 1, 2025.
