Are you affected by jet noise pollution from the Navy's Growlers? Please join us in Coupeville for a no-cost community gathering with Healing Circles Langley. The purpose of this gathering is to offer a restorative space where community members impacted by jet noise can reconnect to inner calm, share their lived experiences in a safe and respectful way, and nourish their well-being through self-regulation, conversation, and soundbath.

Please note that the space is limited to 30 people, so if you would like to attend, be sure to register to secure a spot. You may register for the waitlist if all spots are filled.

Participants should bring:

• Water bottle

• Yoga Mat or something comfortable to lay on

• Eye mask, blanket, and pillow (optional)

ACCESSIBILITY:

• Parking is available on-site, however, there is a 1-2 minute walk from the parking to the Brooder Room on unpaved gravel

• The Brooder Room is on the ground floor

• Masks will be available
